Introduction
Welcome to the Valtara platform. By accessing or using our services, products, tickets, events or digital experiences, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
Definitions
Valtara refers to the brand, website, products, platform, events and related services. User refers to any individual accessing or using the platform. Account refers to a registered user profile within the platform ecosystem.
Use of the Platform
Users are responsible for all activity associated with their account. Information provided must remain accurate and up to date. Harassment, spam, illegal activity, impersonation, copyright infringement and abusive behavior are strictly prohibited.
Products and Services
Valtara offers clothing, digital experiences, NFC and QR-based products, tickets, community access, events and interactive platform features. Product availability, pricing and features may change without prior notice.
Payments
Payments may be made using the methods presented during checkout, including credit or debit card payments. Alternative payment methods may occasionally be arranged directly through email communication with Valtara. Orders are only considered confirmed after successful payment validation. Valtara reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of technical issues, pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
Delivery and Shipping
Estimated delivery times are presented during checkout whenever possible. Shipping fees are calculated at purchase. Delays caused by external carriers, customs or circumstances outside Valtara’s control may occasionally occur.
Returns and Refunds
Customers have the legal right of free withdrawal within 14 days after receiving their order, in accordance with applicable Portuguese and European legislation. To begin the process, users must contact geral@thevaltara.com and will be guided through the return procedure. Returned products must be in appropriate condition. Personalized, damaged, exclusive or limited products may not be eligible for returns or refunds. Event tickets and digital products are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Interactive Platform
Users are responsible for all content shared through the Valtara platform, including profile information, links and interactions. Illegal, abusive, fraudulent or harmful content is strictly prohibited. QR code and NFC experiences depend on internet access, compatible devices and platform availability. Certain services may occasionally become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or technical issues.
Event Tickets
Valtara tickets may be delivered digitally through QR codes, NFC technology or user accounts. Tickets are verified at the entrance of each event and remain valid until the end of the corresponding event. Official resale is not permitted unless explicitly authorized by Valtara. Cancellation requests must be submitted through geral@thevaltara.com and are subject to approval. If events are postponed, changed or cancelled, updates and potential refund information will be communicated through email.
Intellectual Property
All Valtara content, including designs, graphics, text, branding, platform elements and digital experiences belong to Valtara unless otherwise stated. Personal and non-commercial use only, unless authorized in writing.
Privacy and Security
User passwords are encrypted and platform data is protected using appropriate security measures. User data is used exclusively by Valtara and, when applicable, trusted business partners involved in collaborations or platform operations. Users may request account deletion through account settings or by contacting geral@thevaltara.com. Usage of the platform is also subject to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Limitation of Liability
The platform and services are provided as available. Valtara is not liable for indirect damages, interruptions, technical failures, connectivity issues or third-party service disruptions.
Modifications
Valtara may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
